Is the Mach-E really a Mustang? That’s the question that has sparked wildly differing opinions since Ford first introduced it. In this video, I take a different approach—I embrace the Mach-E for the excellent electric SUV that it is and remove all of the Mustang badges and replace them with Ford emblems to create the look I think it should have had from the factory. Whether you agree or disagree with my opinion, Ford did name it “Mustang Mach-E”, so it is in fact, technically, a Mustang. In this video I’ll walk you through the entire badge swap process, show you the tools and techniques I used, and share my thoughts on why I made the change. If you’ve been thinking about de-badging your Mach-E or replacing the pony emblems with something else, this video should help you decide if it’s the right modification for you.
